Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from the billing management portal (provided by Paddle, our merchant of record). Your Pro features remain active through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments.
Refund eligibility
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- New subscriptions — full refund if requested within 14 days of your first payment.
- Renewals — full refund if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.
- Annual plans — eligible for the same 14-day refund window on both initial purchase and renewal.
Refunds beyond this window may be considered on a case-by-case basis if there are extenuating circumstances (for example, a technical issue that prevented you from using the Pro features you paid for).
How to request a refund
Contact support@beadloomstudio.com with:
- Your account email address
- The purchase date and amount
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We review requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
Paddle's role
Paddle is our merchant of record — they handle payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. Paddle may also process refunds directly in accordance with their own policies and applicable consumer protection laws. If you have a billing dispute that we cannot resolve, you may contact Paddle's support team directly through the Paddle buyer portal.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at support@beadloomstudio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly without the delay and complexity of the chargeback process.
