Refunds and cancellation

Cancellation
Pro subscriptions are not currently available for purchase. When they launch, you will be able to cancel at any time from the billing management portal provided by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your Pro features will remain active through the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past payments.
Refund eligibility
Refund requests will be assessed under Paddle's Refund Policy, applicable consumer protection law, and the additional commitments below:
- Mandatory rights — we will honor any withdrawal or refund right required in your country or region.
- Technical defects — if a persistent technical issue materially prevents access to paid features and we cannot resolve it, we will work with Paddle to provide an appropriate refund.
- Other requests — Paddle may consider requests submitted within 14 days on a discretionary, case-by-case basis; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
Renewal payments are not automatically refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law or approved by Paddle after review.
How to request a refund
Contact support@beadloomstudio.com with:
- Your account email address
- The purchase date and amount
- A brief explanation of why you are requesting a refund
We aim to review support requests within 3 business days. Paddle determines eligibility and processing time under its policy and applicable law. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Paddle's role
When Pro launches, Paddle will act as our merchant of record and handle payment processing, tax collection, invoicing, subscription management, and refunds. Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection law control refund eligibility. If we cannot resolve a billing issue, you may contact Paddle directly through the buyer portal or the support link on your receipt.
Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at support@beadloomstudio.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly without the delay and complexity of the chargeback process.
